1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
scant 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Mix all of the ingredients really well in a bowl. Roll into walnut sized balls, and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. If you want to freeze them, bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes to reheat.
